Guinea Pigs really enjoy using cozy cups as beds.
About Guinea Pig Cozies
$10 - $11.50 CAD

Why Cozies for GUINEA PIGS? What are they?

If you have guinea pigs, you probably know that they are very sweet pets. And I believe that every guinea pig derserves to be spoiled!

Everyone knows of cat and dog beds, why not guinea pig beds? Called Guinea pig cozies, or also commonly known as Cozy Cups, guinea pigs LOVE these accessories! They are fun, affordable and I have a wide selection of fabrics for you to choose from.

The outside of the Cozy Cup is cotton, so that no shavings stick to the fabric. Fleece is on the inside to make the bed soft and comfy.

My cozies also include a bonus layer inside, not only is the cozy "stuffed" with fluffy batting, it also includes a layer of towel!!

About Sizes

My cozies come in two basic sizes: large (11" across) and small (9.5" across)

Usually, the large is used for males and larger females. And the small is often used for smaller females or babies.

Remember: I do accept size requests, if you would like a larger/smaller cozy for your pets (rabbits, large guinea pigs, hamsters, and other rodents)
Please don't hesistate to contact me at guineapigstuff@hotmail.com!

About Cleaning/Washing

If guinea pigs pee (oh no!) in this bed...no worries!!

My guinea pig cozies have a layer of batting AND a layer of towel fabric on the bottom circle, between the fleece and the cotton. The batting and towel fabric is not seen, so the bed is appealing to the eye.

And if you're thinking - oh great if they pee in the bed it will be all wet when I touch it - think again!

The fleece lets the pee soak through, so a while after they pee, the bed is dry again as the towel and batting soak up the pee.

My Cozy Cups are washable and are even able to go into the dryer.
I recommend you to wash your cozy cups with vingear. Vingear is natural and unharmful to guinea pigs, and neutralizes the smell. You can also put a squirt of detergent in with the vingear for double cleaning. Washing in hot water may cause minor shrinkage, but not really visiable to the eye. I personally wash the cozy cups in warm water, but hot or cold water can be used.
Whatever you do though, do not wash the cozy cup with softener, because then the fleece will not let the pee soak through it, and the bed will feel wet.

Remember that the more you wash your cozy cup, the better the fleece will work!

I hope that you will allow me to make your guinea pig's next bed!
