Information
Guinea Pig Stuff was created
in February 2008, inspired by my three
guinea pigs, Linda, Nelly and Buttons.
Since I don't only love guinea pigs,
but also have a rabbit, I decided later not to limit Guinea Pig
Stuff to Guinea pigs only, hence it's possible to order larger
sizes for rabbits and other pets.
I must thank guinealovee on the
Guinea Pig Cages forum, for asking me to create the first Guinea
Pig Stuff cozy.
Now, lets direct our attention to
my wonderful pets, whom I'll introduce you to.

Linda
Linda
is the first guinea pig I got. She was born in 2005 & is quite
photogenic!
She'll been healthy through out
her years & enjoys her new friends. Linda is rather shy to both
humans and her fellow guinea pig friends. She is cautious but once
you have her trust she'll love you forever.
Nelly
Nelly
is a mother of four, now living with her daughter, Buttons.
She was bought from a pet store on May 10 2007 to befriend Linda.
Please remember to adopt though,
I would have too, if I knew how unloving petstores can be.
Now just over 1 year old, she's
a really sweet-heart, & like Linda, very photogenic!
Nelly is the boss of my trio. I've seen them all in one plastic
hidey-house the size of a pigloo more than once. They love cuddling
each other for reassurance and warm.

Buttons
Buttons is
my little mop. She's clearly enjoying being the youngest by annoying
the others at times and being the very loudest.
Her mother is Nelly. Buttons
was born on September 7, 2007.
She is the friendliest guinea pig
of all three. Because of her confidence with humans as well as other
guinea pigs, Buttons has no problem in stealing the best spots in
the cage - the cozies. I'm sure she'd sleep on all of them at once
if she could, just so she can have them to herself!
There are other guinea pigs in our household. There are three boys
- my sister's. One is Nelly's fiance, Mr. Squeakers, the
other is Nelly's and Mr. Squeaker's son, Juinor. The newest
was found in the ditch in a small box, wet and cold. This poor little
fellow was brought to us in October 2009. He is all white and named
Elvis. He has the longest hair and is getting much friendlier. He
is to meet Juinor and Mr. Squeakers once he settles in.
Of course, my pets would all claw,
nip or bite me if I didn't mention them. I have a lovely spoiled
cat named Kaida. She is a big fan of filled cozy pads. You may contact
me for any cat beds.
I also have a rabbit named Zippers.
He is a big fan of simple pieces of fleece. Instead of cozies, he
likes the towels or pieces of fleece because he can rearrange them,
putting folds in different places until its perfect.
My horses - Linkin and Benny - are
getting coolers this winter for Christmas. I am hoping that they
will also be fans of warm homemade blankets. You may contact me
for simple horse coolers as well.
My dog is a fan of guinea pig cage
liners at the moment. Our outside lab. Pearl will be getting a thicker
bed just for her this Christmas. I'm very confident that she'll
adore the blanket and want to stay inside all day instead of just
at night. :-)
Of course I'll have to mention my
fish - a 15 gallon tank of zebra danios, platies and corydoras that
are not fans of my sewing - because they have not have the chance
to use it I'm sure. ;-)
And that completes my zoo and personal
advisors.
Have fun on the
website and feel free to email me suggestions/comments
anytime!
