Keeping Cool

Guinea pigs & other pets can get heat strokes!

With a bottle...

1. Freeze water in a water bottle

2. And slip on a old sock

3. Place in a rabbit/guinea pig outdoor run or cage

With ice cubes...

1. Get out some ice cubes

2. Place ice in a plastic bag

3. For best results, put some table salt in the bag as well

4. Close the bag and pull an old sock over

5. Let your guinea pig enjoy!!

With a lunch pak...

1. Make sure the lunch-pak is frozen

2. Use a snack bag to cover the lunch-pak, so that pets
won't directly pee on the lunch-pak...

3. You can tape the bag closed if you like, since it hardly fits

4. Pull the sock over...

5. Let your pets enjoy the heat safely...by keeping cool.
